Q: What is your return & refund policy?

A: I don't accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

I do not offer refunds, but if an item arrives damaged I will replace it! Please contact me if your item arrives damaged and please send a picture of the damaged item.

Q: What is your shipping policy/how long do products take to ship?

A: Please allow 1 - 3 days for the order to be processed, and then it will be ready for shipment! Shipping within the US is approximately 5 -7 business days; please allow an extra week for international orders. PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID, mailing could be slightly delayed.

As for any pre-orders, those shipment times will be outlined on the specific product page. My pre-orders generally ship out 2-3 weeks after ordering.

Q: How can I commission you for an original piece?

A: Please visit the page on my website titled 'Commission an Original' and you will find all the information about commissions and how to book them there!

Q: I missed a certain print run. When will you be offering another print run for the print I missed?

A: The best way to know when I create new print runs is to sign up for my newsletter. I inform my newsletter list of all print runs and sometimes offer discounts there as well! The sign up is in the lower right hand corner of my website.
